Creative Associate
We're looking for someone to help bring our stories, spaces, and experiences to life. You'll create social media content, support workshops and community events, assist with venue rentals, and help showcase the moments that make our space unique.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating, collaborating, and learning in a hands-on environment. Whether you're capturing a new menu launch, documenting an event, or helping prepare for a brand collaboration, you'll play an important part in how people experience our cafe both online and in person.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging content across social media platforms.
- Help plan and execute events, workshops, and community gatherings.
- Assist with venue rental inquiries and event coordination.
- Assist with collaborations, partnerships, and community initiatives.
- Help maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence across our social media and events.
- Contribute creative ideas and help bring them to life with the team.
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Enjoys creating content and telling stories through social media.
- Has a good eye for photography, video, design, and aesthetics.
- Is creative, organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Communicates well and enjoys collaborating with people.
- Is organized and comfortable juggling creative projects and event tasks.
- Is excited to grow with a creative team and community.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Whether you've built your portfolio through school projects, internships, personal content, or freelance work, we'd love to see what you've created.
- Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Advertising, Design, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Passion for content creation, social media, and creative work.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Interest in events, hospitality, and community building.
- Experience through internships, school organizations, campus events, volunteer work, or freelance projects is an advantage, but not required.
- Photography, videography, graphic design, styling, or basic video editing skills are a plus.

Social Media & Commerce Intern
Position Summary: The Social Media & Commerce Intern supports the daily creative and operational needs of the brand across social media, e-commerce, and customer engagement platforms. This role is ideal for someone interested in content creation, digital storytelling, online retail, and creative business operations. The intern will work closely with the team in supporting campaigns, managing online interactions, and assisting with day-to-day brand activities.
What you’ll do:

– Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries
– Help manage online orders and e-commerce platforms
– Support campaigns, events, and day-to-day brand operations
– Assist in organizing content, products, and creative assets

– Communicates well and enjoys working with people
