Named after the Tagalog word for home: “Tahanan”— this is a collection of Samsara Designs’ urns for ashes that radiate the feeling of being inside a Filipino home: heartwarming and welcoming. Organic materials such as rattan, coconut, wood, and shells are heavily used in this collection to evoke the feeling of warmth, comfort and pleasantness that one feels when inside a Tahanan.


This collection tells a story of a place, practice or experience familiar to any Filipino.
